Osje\u0107aji poput izoliranosti, tjeskobe i pada samopouzdanja pove\u0107avaju se s usamljeno\u0161\u0107u. Svako privikavanje zahtijeva odre\u0111eno vrijeme, no ima jedan klju\u010dan element &#8211; ovo je iskustvo <strong>zajedni\u010dko.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shva\u0107aju\u0107i da postoje i drugi pojedinci pogo\u0111eni usamljeno\u0161\u0107u, ostanite blagi prema sebi i drugima.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ne uzimajte na sebe previ\u0161e posla i sprije\u010dite burnout<\/li>\n<li>Ne poku\u0161avajte &#8220;nadoknaditi&#8221;
