Odr\u017eavanje zdravog mentalnog stanja i ravnote\u017ee klju\u010dno je za, kako uspjeh poslovanja, tako i zdravlje zaposlenika.<\/p>\n<p>Donosimo nekoliko savjeta koji otkrivaju kako se nositi s natjecateljskim stresom i kako ga prevladati.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Natjecanje_%E2%80%93_identificirajte_izvor_stresa\"><\/span>Natjecanje &#8211; identificirajte izvor stresa<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Kako biste pravovremeno i uspje\u0161no rije\u0161ili problem, bitno je identificirati izvor stresa.<\/p>\n<p>Stres dolazi iz razli\u010diih izvora, stoga je potrebno obratiti pa\u017enju radi li se o klijentima, rokovima, kolegama ili konkurentima.<\/p>\n<p>Ustanovljenjem izvora ustanovljuje se i rje\u0161enje.
